Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the usage of the corporate car
• Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Run personal errands

Primary Functions

Include but are not limited to:

• Managing and organizing meetings and appointments
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle
• Ensures safety and maximum security during travels

The ideal candidate:

• Must be able to perform major life activities: standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
• Must be able to stand/sit for unlimited hours, bend, stretch, and reach
• Work schedule varies and may include occasionally working on Holidays, weekends, and evenings. Long hours required when travel.
• Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds
• Willing to pass a drug test periodically

• Have a clean motor vehicle record
• Have held a valid Driver’s License for 9 years
• High School diploma or equivalent of the same

• Must be able to drive long distances
