The Maintenance Technician provides the essential services necessary to maintain high standards at our Apartment Community. We are seeking an individual with prior maintenance experience to fill a current full-time opening.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance Technicians work under the direction of a Community Director or Maintenance Director. Responsibilities assigned to this position may include:
- Responding to resident maintenance requests
- Cleaning and maintaining apartment units, pool area and grounds
- Conducting property inspections
- Moving furniture; and,
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must live on-site (discount given)
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Must have valid driver’s license
******* A Plus if you are HVAC or CPO Certified!
