Our client is seeking a paralegal with 7 years of experience to support the Trademark practice group in our Minneapolis office. All the employees operate under a “Client First” philosophy — in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist attorneys with all aspects of foreign and domestic trademark portfolio management

· U.S. trademark prosecution, including conducting CorSearch preliminary trademark searches, preparing and filing trademark applications, and monitoring application status

· WIPO filings

· Communicate regularly with clients and foreign associates regarding trademark prosecution and maintenance matters

· Assist with trademark enforcement efforts, including monitoring trademark infringement activities

Requirements:

· At least 7 years of comprehensive US and foreign trademark paralegal experience strongly preferred

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Strong initiative and problem-solving ability

· Commitment to facilitating efficient processes and procedures

· Paralegal certificate/degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
