Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Team Member at Greenlight Ventures! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance of our apartment community in Boca Raton. As a Cleaning Team Member, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining indoor amenities, clubhouse, property office, model apartment, and restrooms according to a defined schedule. Hours for this position are 8am- 11am Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. Must have ability to pass background check and drug test.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas as per the schedule provided.
• Complete detailed reports on the areas cleaned, noting any issues or repairs needed.
• Notify the manager promptly of any major repairs or concerns identified during cleaning.
• Utilize cleaning supplies provided by the employer safely and effectively.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks within specified time frames.
• Experience in cleaning residential or commercial buildings is preferred.
• Travel between floors, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks on time.
• Physical ability to travel between floors, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
