Join something special as a medical receptionist in our dynamic primary care and psychiatric practice. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who is kind and can multitask with attention to detail. You must flexibly adapt to the needs of the job in a positive manner. We are a small but growing office, so every member of our team is important to smooth flow in the office and the patient experience. Responsibilities routinely include medical reception, management of care and payments in our progressive direct primary care model, assisting patients with telehealth and insurance matters, coordinating with outside medical offices, and other office responsibilities such as supply ordering and using spreadsheets. This is a great job for a dynamic receptionist needing part time employment or a new medical assistant looking to grow skills. Currently we need 30 hours per week with full days on Monday and Friday.
Our practice serves several specialty areas, including those with eating disorders, substance abuse, and other mental health concerns. We are anti-diet, weight inclusive, and it is essential for you to believe that all patients in any body with any condition deserve compassionate and high quality medical care.
