ROLE SUMMARY

The Lead Qualifier will be responsible for qualifying incoming sales leads. In this role you will be the first point of contact for prospective Greenix customers and will work closely with the inside sales team as you transfer qualified leads to them. We are seeking talented and energetic individuals with a passion for building relationships.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to prospective customer inbound phone calls (call center environment) to be handed off to the inside sales team.
• Operate constantly within the CRM to ensure timely responses to prospective customers.
• Discuss prospective student educational goals, background, and fit with ACU's faith-based culture/mission.
• Qualify leads by asking questions to understanding the individual’s issues and concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service by educating homeowners about Greenix solutions, answering questions, and establishing a positive relationship.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with an emphasis on listening, encouragement, and persistence.
• Technical computer skills to properly manage the CRM, Excel, and other software.
• Previous call center/customer service experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
