Position Overview: 

The primary purpose of the Return (RA) and Customer Agreement Assistant role is to facilitate and streamline the product return process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a positive customer experience. The person in this role will handle processing, scheduling, crediting and measuring returns following our company rules and procedures closely. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Review all retailers return request and issue RA's based on contracts and agreements. 
  • Analyze product return patterns to drive CI.
  • Solve problems that arise with either the customer or retailer with returns. 
  • Report findings for any quality returns to Management / QA teams. 
  • Process product return authorization paperwork to have product returned timely. 
  • Collaborate with warehouse managers once an RA issued and process timely CM. 
  • Review and process scrap in field credit based on vendor / customer contracts. 
  • Coordinate with 3rd party logistics on arranging / scheduling returns to DC.
  • Weekly review of logistics RA's status and resolve any issues if requires. 
  • Collaborate with Finance on pending RA's to received / credits and any discrepancies. 
  • Collaborate with customer service department on scheduling consumer RA's with 3rd party logistics. 
  • Maintain and update sales allowance master data and review finance / AR.
  • Collect customer guides and ensure items are reviewed to check terms, allowances, etc. 
  • Coordinate customer guides and business rules are setup correctly / complaint by Sales Admin group and other departments are aware of requirements. 
  • Any duty or responsibilities assigned by the direct leader or senior management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equiv. 
  • College Degree or Experience Preferred.
  • 3 Years of Related Experience in customer service, sales, and/or sales administration. 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills. 
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail. 
  • Advanced MS Office skills - especially with Excel. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
