Prominent Manhattan trusts and estates litigation boutique seeks an experienced court clerk. Responsibilities include regular communications with court personnel; e-filing and in-person filing of legal papers; ordering court-issued documents; monitoring trial and appellate court dockets; coordinating service of legal papers and drafting affidavits of service; conducting on-line searches to locate parties and unclaimed funds; assisting with document production and medical records requests; notarizing legal papers, and more. Candidate must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Adobe, be detail oriented and organized, and display solid interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
