Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is looking for an amazing Senior Community Coordinator/Occupational Therapist to join our team serving aging adults within Senior Communities and Skilled Nursing Facilities in Southeastern Wisconsin. This opportunity spends the most time in patient care but also supports our Regional Director with supplemental oversight of our therapists treating patients. This position is the contact for the Administrators of our partner facilities and markets our services to new and existing partners.

New full time team members are eligible for up to 26 days of benefit time and team members with over two years of loyalty are eligible for up to 31 days of benefit time. Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Willingness to serve as a supervisor for an occupational therapy assistant (OT only) or a physical therapist assistant (PT only).
