In this role, you'll be the hero of the service experience! You'll play a key role in supporting our mobile RV technician by:

• Communicating effectively with customers: Understand their service needs, answer questions, and build trust.
• Dispatching our mobile technician: Ensure timely service calls and efficient scheduling.
• Managing warranty and claims: Process paperwork and ensure seamless customer experience.
• Estimating insurance jobs: Work collaboratively with the technician to provide accurate estimates.
• Supporting the service team: Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
