Greeneview Elementary School is searching for an Interventional Specialist for the 2024-2025 school year. Our Elementary School teaching model utilizes both co-teaching in the inclusion classroom and small-group instruction in a pull-out setting.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
the ability to differentiate instruction to accommodate learners with multiple ability levels in an inclusion classroom
the ability to modify instruction, assignments, and assessments.
the ability to effectively plan and teach lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners in a resource room
the understanding and skills necessary to meet the needs of students with specific learning disabilities, cognitive disabilities, multiple handicaps, behavior issues, and other health impairments.
the willingness to meet and manage the physical needs of students
the ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and teachers
the ability to write IEPs that are compliant with state and federal directives
the ability to maintain accurate records and calendars to meet deadlines and manage IEP scheduling
