We are a growing landscape company currently seeking hard-working, dependable drivers to join our team. Commercial Drivers are critical members of our team, ensuring safe travel on America's highways. We are looking for full-time Class A commercial drivers who have experience in:
● operating and driving trucks with gross vehicle weight (GVW) over 26,000 pounds
● towing weights above 10,000 pounds
● securely and properly attaching tractor units to the trailer hitch
● maintaining detailed driving and delivery logs
● performing regular inspections and necessary vehicle maintenance (oil, fuel, tire pressure,
etc.)
● ensuring load contents are securely packed and organized
● following delivery and rest schedules
● maneuvering and parking tractor-trailers
● navigating routes with GPS and/or other routing systems
Applicants must:
● possess and maintain a valid Class A drivers license
● pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check
● maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
● be able to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime
● be able to lift 50 pounds
● be able to operate an electric lift, hand truck, and pallet jack
