Position: Senior Financial Controller

Location: Rocky Mount, NC

Pay: $120,000/yr

Experience: Five (5) years of experience in Financial Controlling in a complex and structured business/industrial environment, preferably international.

Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Master's in accounting or CPA preferred but not required.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm

Greene Resources is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Provide financial and controlling services, directing the preparation of forecasts, reports, and analytics.
• Control systems setup and governance.
• Assist with risk management.
• Handle change management and innovation.
• Define standards, procedures, and KPIs for relevant processes in line with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements, maintaining reporting and controlling systems.
• Coordinate budget/forecast preparation and analysis, month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor sales, profitability, treasury, and expense forecasts, analyzing gaps vs. budget and supporting corrective actions.
• Manage and monitor investment application process, costs, and results progress.
• Analyze the efficiency of the finance process while leading and developing the Finance Team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in strategic and operational finance know-how, governance, business intelligence, and acumen.
• Proficiency in balance sheet/cash flow analysis.
• Strong project planning and management, problem-solving, decision-making, and flexibility.
• Ability to create a commitment to priorities, standards, and targets.
• Effective leadership, communication, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence.
• Strategic action planning, vision for process automation.
• Ability to be resilient, assertive, curious, and flexible.
