Position: Bindery Support Operator

Location: Garner, NC

Pay: $16-$20/hr (depending on experience)

Experience: 1 year of Machine Operator experience required.

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: 3x 12-hour days, 5:30 am-5:30 pm (Rotating)

Greene Resources is seeking a Bindery Support Operator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Follow instructions from the Bindery Technician and follow the daily work schedule.
• Handle bindery operations; adjust feeder and pack folded materials.
• Communicate problems or concerns and adhere to safety procedures.
• Monitor production and assist with troubleshooting issues.
• Understand ISO and comply with written procedures.
• Other duties as requested.

Position Requirements:

• Previous printing or bindery experience is helpful.
• Possesses mechanical aptitude.
• Comfortable walking, standing, or bending for 12 hours.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must adhere to all safety rules.
• Strong attention to detail.
