Integration Communications Specialist
Job Description:
Our client is seeking an Integration Communications Specialist to join their team! the Integration Communications Specialist is responsible for assisting in communication execution for new acquisitions. Working closely with the M&A integration and marketing teams, this role assists in the exceptional customer transition experience for newly acquired offices. This role will be hybrid in the Atlanta area with 3 days onsite.
Responsibilities:
Assists in multiple new office communication migrations
Executes on a strong internal communications plan for legacy office leadership surrounding change management communications which include talking points, FAQs and other various written communications as needed
Assists in delivering external customer and partner outreach plan and communication strategy for legacy office customer base
Works closely with national marketing on announcement plan and PR
Works closely with retirement and wealth division on acquisition support
Works closely with regional marketing to hand off office for in-region assimilation, brand transition and regional onboarding
This role requires a communications professional who shifts quickly between strategy and execution, and enjoys working across different communication functions, business groups, and geographies
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field
Desired Background/Skills:
Specific understanding of how to build and execute email campaigns through email marketing automation platforms (Hubspot)
Specific understanding of how to create logos through marketing platforms (Adobe Illustrator)
Display a strong communication sense, with proven ability to deliver high-quality, engaging and impactful communication strategies and assets that drive business outcomes
Experience working cross-functionally, especially across marketing, and IT
Qualifications:
Demonstrated record of successfully executing high-quality projects with independence and confidence
Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple deadlines, and coordinate support across multiple departments
Exceptional communication, prioritization, and time management skills
Highly organized work style with a rigorous attention to detail and strong analytical ability
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong verbal and presentation skills
Self-motivated and proactive approach, overall inclined to action
Able to work in a very fast-paced environment
