Greenbush Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor. Our Fleet maintenance supervisors play an important role in ensuring that our equipment runs properly.
Essential Duties
- Responsible for the leadership and direction of the technicians and the health of the equipment.
- Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Makes timely decisions; Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; Prioritizes and plans work activities;
Uses time efficiently; Organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; Reacts well under pressure.
- Delegates work assignments, sets expectations, monitors delegated activities, and provides recognition for results.
- Makes self-available to staff and provides regular performance feedback.
- Develops subordinates' skills, encourages growth, and fosters quality focus in others.
- Improves processes, products, and services.
Education and / or Experience Required :
- Three (3) or more years of tractor / trailer / forklift mechanical experience. (Required).
- At least one (1) year of mechanical knowledge is preferred.
