Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers is Hiring a Medication Management Specialist Near Delray Beach, FL

Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers has full-time opportunity perfect for a Medication Management Technician with a patient-first attitude, solid work experience, and an eagerness to be part of a great team! Greenbrook is seeking an individual who will provide administrative support to our patients as they seek behavioral health care services including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and esketamine therapy for depression and other mental health conditions.

We offer a competitive pay range of $19-$21/hour (based on education level and prior experience) PLUS a generous benefits package including 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision benefits.

This position will primarily be located at our Delray Beach office, is full-time, andrequires availability from 9:30am-6:00pm (working 8-hour shifts) as our hours of operation are flexible and vary depending on regional needs.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming and checking in patients upon arrival to the practice, ensuring that all forms and records information (demographic, insurance, and payment, etc.) are completed, accurate, and updated.

  • Collecting and entering all applicable patient pharmacy information, as well as scanning new patient forms, into the appropriate charts and records system.

  • Scheduling patient follow-up appointments, as well as conducting patient check-out procedures including collecting applicable payments and relaying other discharge instructions.

  • Coordinating with designated pharmacies to submit all patient prescription information for medication fulfillment in a timely manner.

  • Triaging care and schedule utilization for general psychiatric patients of the practice.

  • Monitoring and checking all messages, escalating any patient concerns and/or requests for information appropriately to management and providers.

  • Answering general phone inquiries, performing patient follow-up, and completing additional administrative duties such as handling medical records and patient charting in compliance with all HIPAA policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or higher degree. Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or EMT certification/licensure preferred.

  • At least 1 year medical office experience required. EMT experience will also be considered.

  • Experience in Behavioral Health preferred, but not required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and EHR systems, preferably Insync, Weaver, and SalesForce.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (renewal provided by organization as needed).

  • Strong commitment to the provision of outstanding patient care, as well as internal and external customer service.

  • Capacity to maintain professionalism while interfacing compassionately and appropriately with a diverse patient population in a mental healthcare setting.

  • Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with a focus on time and change management.

  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.

  • A satisfactory background check inclusive of driving records, criminal records, employment references, education, Social Security and OIG/GSA exclusions.
