Position Summary:
The Operations Special Projects Coordinator will have multiple operational responsibilities reporting to and assisting the VP of Operations with various special projects effecting the overall operations of the communities. The position will actively participate in managing assigned projects that will require interfacing with Company and community staff along with other third-party professionals engaged by the Company. The position will require a knowledge of how senior living communities operate in order analyze and develop solutions and resolutions to assigned tasks.
