Key Responsibilities:
- Doff strapping coils with precision and efficiency.
- Expertly palletize strapping coils according to packaging specifications.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and weigh coils to ensure top-notch standards.
- Monitor winder arms and settings to maintain the highest quality of finished goods.
- Dispose of low-quality strap or coils responsibly using grinder utilization.
- Collaborate closely with team members to optimize production efficiency.
- Promptly notify Technicians of any out-of-specification product.
- Embrace and actively contribute to initiatives promoting a positive work environment, including cleanliness and fostering a supportive atmosphere.
