Responsibilities: 

  1. Key contributor to sourcing and and recruiting process 
  2. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives. 
  3. Create, manage and promote company programs to create an efficient and supportive workplace. 
  4. Create, develop, implement, and manage HR policies. 
  5. Gather, analyze and maintain HR data and useful metrics. 
  6. Maintaining physical and digital files for employees 
  7. Ensure compliance with HR regulations. 
  8. Benefits Administration 
  9. Quarterly Compensation Analysis 
  10. Recognize situations within the organization where correction or alignment needs to happen and taking the appropriate action to resolve that conflict 

Qualifications: 

  1. Bachelor’s Degree 
  2. 10-15 years in a similar role 
  3. Has experience writing and managing HR policy for companies larger than 500 employees and can articulate past experiences and work that relates to our current P&C happenings 
  4. Has worked at a company that has no more than 300 employees for at least one year. 
  5. Has worked at a company that has at least 1,000 employees for at least one year.
  6. Understanding of general HR legal policies and controls
  7. Additional HR training and/or certification is a plus.
