Green Incorporated is seeking to hire an experienced landscape foreman to help meet the

needs of our growing business. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys working

outdoors and leading a team that creates beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.

We’ve been serving the Greater Omaha area for over 15 Years and are excited for another

landscape foreman to join our company!

Green Inc. is proud to have a growing fleet, excellent tools, and equipment to install our various

landscape projects. Candidates should understand how to safely operate various tools required

for the job including small engine equipment like skid loaders, sod cutters, bed edgers, leaf

blowers, chainsaws, and other landscape maintenance equipment. * (*We can omit these

examples if you’d like). Knowledge of irrigation systems and how to repair occasional broken

heads or lines is a plus.

$20 - $30 per hour

Green Inc. is looking for an outgoing, reliable, and motivated person to lead a landscape

installation crew. Landscape Foreman will be part of a two-to-three-person crew installing

exceptional and original landscapes for both residential and commercial properties in the

Omaha area. Projects include fine grading, installing plant material, mulch/river rock, water

features, and natural stone walkways. This hands-on leadership role will direct the crew in all

phases of the landscape installation.

Landscape Foreman Job Requirements

- 2-3 years of landscape experience, preferred.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Capable of driving a truck with trailer attachment

- Effective communication skills

- Knowledge of plant material and landscape operations

- Bachelor or Associate’s degree in Horticulture is a plus

- Training may be provided as needed

- Year-round position (Employment includes snow season – experience with plowing

equipment preferred)

Responsibilities

- Complete landscape projects efficiently through proper landscape techniques

- Attentive to details

- Ensure quality of work is maintained to a high standard

- Communicate on site with co-workers and clients effectively

- Prioritize jobs and delegate work to other crew members; manage job sites

- Safely retrieve necessary materials or equipment as needed

CREW MEMBER:

- Must be willing to learn and take direction

- Experience preferred but not required

- $16-$22 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
