Green View Inc. is a non-profit organization that employs workers in custodial positions at Minnesota rest areas, state parks and several other locations. Green View was established in 1969 by the Minnesota Farmers Union to provide part-time employment for seniors to supplement their income. The majority of our 600 employees are over 55 years of age, with many workers in their 60’s and 70’s. Wages vary by location. At rest areas, duties involve keeping the buildings clean and attractive. The essential job requirements are: work part-time, generally 8-24 hours per week, work alone on shifts lasting 8 hours, most rest area workers work some day and some night shifts, bring to work a positive attitude, enjoy contact with the public, physical ability to accomplish all tasks.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
