Director of Patient Care Services- Hospice, Roseville, CA -

Based in Roseville, California, Green Valley Hospice is committed to providing compassionate, personalized and competent care for individuals as they approach the end stages of life.

The Director of Patent Care Services is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services and will establish,implement and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy of the company.

Must have excellent observation, verbal and communication skills.

Qualifications:

*Must be a Registered Nurse
*Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
*Possesses at least 3 years of management experience within the last five years in a hospice or
related health care organization.
*May be a RN with 4 years experience within the last 5 spent working in a hospice, home health or
health facility and having 1 year supervisory or administrative capacity.
