Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must report prepared, ready and dressed accordingly for work at the scheduled times and be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and cleanliness of ATM’s and slot machines to ensure compliance with Gaming regulations and Company policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies related to the Company’s gaming devices.
• Remove slot machines and install or relocate machines, only after specific Company training and certification on the processes, as the need arises.
• Ability to drive and/or travel with assigned territories on short notice. Must follow all Company policies about the use of Company vehicles.
• Complete and balance all daily paperwork clearly and accurately, as per Company and department standards.
• Ability to work all shifts, which is to include weekends and holidays as required.
• Handle and account for Jackpot payments, cash transfers ATM and safe fills.
• Prioritize slot calls to maximize customer service and able to rapidly switch scheduling between different projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Use mobile devices to effectively prioritize your service schedule.
• Organize and keep clear channels of communication, authority, and responsibility within the department and with supervisors
• Undertake and support any policy change, system or work rules the Company may implement to the success of the department.
• Complete all other tasks and activities as assigned by your supervisor in a prompt, cooperative and accurate manner

Essential Job Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Must be able to drive to different locations when necessary or needed.
• All employees must maintain a clean driving and criminal record.
• Employee MUST report any incidents that could affect driving or criminal record.
• Perform repair functions in a manner that is efficient and provides maximum customer service.
• Must have the ability to communicate with associates and customers in the English language.
• Able to obtain a gaming card and “Problem Gambling” certification.
• Trained and certified on “Moving and Installing Gaming Devices” and “Bolting Stands to the Floor” before performing these functions.

Essential Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk and often required to kneel and bend at the waist; regularly lift and move objects from 60 pounds and up.
• Must be able to stoop over, kneel, and crouch while repairing or installing gaming machines and other devices.
• Must be able to work around various fumes, odors, chemical agents and solvents.
• Must be able to work in various temperatures and environmental conditions.
• The department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; management expectations are that you must be able to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidays.
