Green Street Home Buyers is Hiring a Property Inspector Near Greensboro, NC

is Job description

Green Street Home Buyers is one of North Carolina's fastest growing real estate investment companies.

We’re looking to fill our inspector position immediately for our Triad market in North Carolina. As an Inspector, you’ll help us evaluate real estate by taking pictures, videos, and filling out an inspection report. A large part of this position will be out of the office.

Our Acquisitions Team works with potential sellers over the phone to build rapport and understand their motivation for selling. When the Acquisitions Team deems the seller a good fit to sell to Green Street, your job is to give us a closer look at the condition of the property by taking pictures and videos. You’ll be meeting with sellers to document their property, so you must have the personal skills necessary to build off of the rapport that our Acquisitions agents have already built.

Most appointments will be during regular working hours, but you will need to be available during afternoons and Saturdays if the seller can only let us into the property during those times.

This is an hourly position that will begin at part-time, approximately 10-20 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as the company grows in this market.

Green Street is different from other real estate wholesaling companies. We believe in treating sellers fairly above all else and have the big picture in mind.
