Job Description:

Position Overview: Green River Builders, Inc. is seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Warranty Coordinator to join our team. The Warranty Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling all aspects of our warranty department, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and efficient resolution to any issues that arise after the completion of their new home. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warranty Administration:
• Coordinate all aspects of the warranty process, including documentation, tracking, and communication.
• Ensure timely scheduling of warranties for completed projects.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and resolutions
• Customer Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty inquiries and claims.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their warranty claims and any actions taken to resolve issues.
• Coordination and Follow-Up:
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to address warranty-related issues promptly.
• Schedule and oversee warranty inspections as needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with warranty repairs or replacements.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the warranty process.
• Work closely with other departments to implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Clerical Duties as assigned and or needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Construction or
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of construction practices and terminology is a plus.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.50 per hour
