Duties and Responsibility

• Providing exceptional care and assistance to patients in all aspects of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, mobility, and toileting.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to report and monitor patient's physical, emotional, and mental status.
• Administering medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, adhering to all healthcare policies and procedures.
• Documenting patient's medical information accurately and timely, as per company guidelines and standards.
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients, promoting their overall well-being and maintaining infection control standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Possess a current Minnesota CNA certification in good standing.
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Punctuality, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
