We are seeking a new enthusiastic team member with experience in growing crops with hydroponics or maintaining hydroponics systems. We are building a team that is dedicated to providing bountiful and beautiful hydroponics farms and gardens to corporate and hospitality environments. We create and care for hydroponics systems that exceed expectations, and engage the public in learning about and normalizing hydroponics.

The Hydro Tech/Field Rep (HT) position is a full-time position (8:00 am to 4.30 pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch). The HT will collaborate with the HydroHealth team to maintain and troubleshoot hydroponic programs, implement pilot programs, and deliver programming to HydroHealth locations. The ideal candidate for this position will be innovative, highly organized, and a great communicator (both orally and in writing). This position is highly physical and demands a high level of Hydro farming work.

What you will do

● Provide onsite support to HydroCommunity and HydroWork programs
● Track and maintain systems & supplies for all HydroWork sites.
● Develop efficiencies with hydroponic systems and management of sites
● Deliver services to HydroHealth locations per current service contract.
● Harvest, clean, replant and maintain all Hydro systems in HydroWork program
● Collaborate with the Hydro team to support community and pilot programs
● Be passionate about HydroHealth’s mission and be able to promote and communicate the philosophy, mission, and values
● Brand Ambassador- share knowledge and education to all curious customers
● Facilitate webinars and appear in digital content

Skills/Qualifications

● Project Management Skills: Able to manage and complete projects on time and to deadlines

● Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and balance day-to-day tasks with strategic, long-term goals and timelines

● Results-orientation: Have a track record of achievement and a bias for producing results and persevering despite obstacles

● Horticulture, hydroponics or botany experience a plus
● You are proficient in Google Suite and other common platforms (web browsers, Canvas, Trello, CRM’s, database management.)
● Problem Solving and Decision Making: Ability to apply knowledge, experience, creativity, and critical thinking in solving challenges; can look beyond the obvious for answers; can use sound judgment to make well-informed decisions

● You are meticulous and highly organized. You have the ability to comfortably manage multiple projects at a time, while staying on deadline and sustaining quality of work; reliable and punctual

Salary/Benefits

Salary - $18-20/hour depending on experience
