Job Description: Do you have a passion for plants? Are you looking for a stable job in a growing company? Do you enjoy being part of a successful team? If so, we are looking for someone to join our team at Green Oak in the Greater Jackson area as an Interior Plant Technician.

As an Interior Plant Technician at Green Oak, you will maintain interior plant displays in professional settings.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer plants in office, hotel, & medical settings using established horticultural practices
• Maintain customer relationships at each account
• Communicate daily with teammates
• Attend weekly meetings
• Complete daily documentation using a company-provided tablet
• Perform work safely and deliver service that is consistent with industry and Green Oak standards
• Qualifications:
• Must be a self-motivated team player
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Mississippi Driver's License
• Clean driving record, insurance, and a reliable vehicle required (possibly a company vehicle)
• Comfortability driving distances and in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 45 pounds and work on feet all day
• Ability to perform work on ladders as needed
• Background checks & drug screening as required by client sites
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A desire to grow and learn
