Green Meadows Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in beautiful Malvern, PA is looking for a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our Team!

Duties and Responsibilities

• The RN Unit Manager assists the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department.

• The RN Unit Manager ensures that reference material (i.e., PDR’S, regulations, professional standards of practice, etc.) maintained at the nurses’ stations is current.

• The Registered Nurse Unit Manager monitors the Facility’s QI, QM, and survey reports and provide the Director of Nursing with recommendations.

• The RN Unit Manager informs nursing service personnel of new admissions, their expected time of arrival, room assignment, etc.

• The RN Unit Manager greets newly admitted residents upon admission. Escort them to their rooms, as necessary.

Education

Must possess valid PA state RN (Registered Nurse) license.
