Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and managing a team of dedicated staff. Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory control - Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding customer service - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Manage scheduling and labor costs to optimize efficiency - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner - Collaborate with the executive chef to create innovative menu items and specials - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Qualifications: - Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management - Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests - Ability to effectively manage inventory control and cost management - Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members - Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
