Job Description: We are currently seeking two dedicated individuals to join our team as Cannabis Production Workers. One of these positions will serve as a Production Lead, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production process, while the other will work as a Production Worker. Both roles are integral to our production team and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Responsibilities: Production Lead (Position 1):

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Assist in training new production team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Production Worker (Position 2):

• Assist in the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of cannabis plants.
• Operate machinery and equipment as needed.
• Follow established procedures for trimming, packaging, and labeling.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities.
• Uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications: Production Lead (Position 1):

• 2 years of relevant cannabis production experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of cannabis cultivation and processing.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance.

Production Worker (Position 2):

• Previous experience in a production or agricultural setting is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Passion for the cannabis industry.
