Job Description:

• Monitor patient health
• Administer routine health care activities
• Maintain and document patient records
• Communicate the status of patients with Doctors and other nurses
• Provide patients with medication as prescribed by Doctor
• Monitor vital signs
• Assess patient reactions to medications and treatments

Requirements:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN/RN program
• Possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/RN in Arkansas
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
