The Role: We are in search of a Maintenance/Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of our facilities' maintenance, including equipment upkeep and general facility cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute maintenance on all facility equipment.
• Maintain filters, lights, ballasts, and tanks as needed.
• Perform general plumbing, irrigation fixes, and facility sanitization.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, including restrooms and break rooms.
