**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of construction-related tasks and possess a strong work ethic.

**Duties:**

- Perform various landscaping tasks such as planting, watering, and maintaining landscaping for our clients.

- Install and repair features like glass, tile, drywall, patio covers , stucco, and plumbing fixtures

- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with regulations

- Utilize hand tools for tasks such as trim carpentry and frame carpentry

**Experience:**

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:

- Masonry-CMU retaining wall and paver installation

- Concrete form pour finish

- Concrete board installation and repair

- Landscape maintenance using power tools trimming, pruning and blowing

- Proficiency with hand tools

- Stucco application and repair

- Plumbing knowledge for fixture installation

- Construction inspection techniques

- Trim carpentry skills

- Frame carpentry experience

Pay: $15.00 - $18.57 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
