GreenEcho is seeking a self-starter and customer-facing IT Field Service Technician to join our growing team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reinstall, Imaging operating systems (Windows 10 and Windows 11)
• Install software as required
• Troubleshoot any problems staff experience
• Install & perform Office Moves/Adds/Changes
• Document all work, time, and technical details in our ticketing system (freshserive)
• Ability to create documentation for business needs
• Ability to work independently/self-starter
• Collaborate with Field Service Techs, Help Desk, Infrastructure Center Managers, and Project Managers
• Must have knowledge of computer operating systems, minimum Microsoft Windows
• Able to lift 25lbs or more

Experience/Education Required

• Degree in electronics, computer science, network engineering, or information technology (IT).
• CompTia or TestOut certifications are a plus
• Technical background
• Exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of local area networks, wide area networks and remote troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.49 per hour
