Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work place
- Make sure shelves are stocked and presentable
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Handle customers at the Drive Thru and customers inside the store
- Assess customers while using judgement and discretion based on age, state of inebriation, and/or identify fraud
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up 50lbs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Some retail liquor or bartending experience (Knowledge of Alcohol Products)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week

- Evening shift
- Night shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
