Enjoy:
- Earn on average $22 /hour. Hourly pay is ultimately determined by speed accuracy so your earning potential may be much higher
- Paid travel between houses (jobs are booked within ~15 mins of our Salem, Ma base)
- Daily and year-end tips
- You pick the days you work including full day, morning shift or afternoon shift preference
- Never work nights or weekends
- Rotating work environment
- Never exposed to harsh cleaning products
- Supportive and friendly co-workers
- Respectful and kind clientele
- Minimal contact with others and coworkers are up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations
We hire folks who:
- Are friendly, professional and responsible
- Have a keen eye for detail and the desire to do an excellent job
- Have a smoke free reliable vehicle for getting from job to job
- Love people and their pets!
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with management
Daily tasks include:
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Wet washing marks and messes
- Scrubbing tubs and showers
- Mopping
- Some lifting (we use 25lb Kirby vacuums)
- Communication with management (we use the Slack app)
