We are hiring a professional security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in 77054 to perform vehicle and foot patrol. The role is part-time, or full time. Shifts available: Everyday, 5PM-5AM (OVERNIGHT). Must have duty belt, weapon, COMMISSIONED security license, vehicle in good working condition, and a smart phone with space to download apps. Pay is $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Perform access controls at gates. 
- Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.

- Vehicle patrol with your own vehicle. 
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Provide assistance to people in need.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

Requirements:

- Level III Commssioned Texas Security Certification is required or registered as a Security Guard in Texas DPS

- Previous experience in Security preferred

- Strong customer service
- Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
