Job Summary: The HVAC Warehouse Manager oversees the efficient operation of material handling, delivery coordination, and maintenance of warehouse facilities. This role entails managing inventory, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Essential Functions:

• Supervise warehouse deliveries, organizing incoming materials and maintaining clear bay doors.
• Coordinate delivery schedules for all materials and ductwork.
• Manage inventory, including stocking supply cabinets and logging refrigerant.
• Administer tool inventory, signing tools in and out, ensuring their good condition, and facilitating repairs or replacements.
• Oversee personal protective equipment (PPE) management and ensure stock adequacy.
• Responsible for quarterly maintenance of forklifts.
• Lift objects up to 50lbs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to Delivery Drivers in their daily tasks.

Essential Qualifications: Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED. Experience: 0-1 year related experience in HVAC or Sheet Metal Fabrication.

Skill and Ability:

• Forklift Certified preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English language.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong judgment and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Finger Dexterity: Precise movements, particularly with tools.
• Talking: Clear communication of detailed instructions.
• Hearing: Fine-tuned hearing for effective communication.
• Repetitive Motions: Regular use of wrists, hands, and fingers.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Standing: Extended periods of standing.

Working Conditions:

• Operate in an open workspace with intermittent noise.
• Adaptability to hot and cold weather conditions.
