Green Acres Equipment is Hiring a Parts Specialist Near Grant, MI

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory, procuring parts, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer needs. This role requires strong knowledge of lawn and garden equipment, procurement management, logistics, and outdoor power equipment repair.

Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of parts

- Procure parts from suppliers

- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of parts

- Collaborate with technicians to identify and order necessary parts for repairs

- Conduct research to identify new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing suppliers

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with part inquiries and resolving any issues

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of lawn and garden equipment and parts

- Experience in procurement management and supplier management

- Familiarity with logistics processes and inventory management

- Knowledge of equipment repair is a plus

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong communication and customer service skills
