Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager who embodies the spirit of hospitality and is passionate about creating an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing food and beverage operations in a hospitality setting, with a focus on high-quality service, team leadership, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

    *Oversee all food and beverage operations at the club, ensuring seamless service and high standards of quality. *Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience, incorporating feedback from members to continuously improve service. *Manage the food and beverage team, fostering a collaborative and motivating environment to ensure staff satisfaction and retention. *Coordinate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that meet the preferences and dietary requirements of our members. *Handle budgeting and financial management, including cost control and pricing strategies to achieve financial objectives. *Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. *Organize special events and promotions to enhance the member experience and increase engagement.

Qualifications:

    *Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. *Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a private club or luxury hospitality environment. *Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team. *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships with members and staff. *Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and manage time effectively. *Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $35.00/hour.
