Job Title: Facility Maintenance Worker
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Worker to join our team at Greeley country club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities to provide a pleasant experience for our members and guests.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, fixtures, and structures.
2. Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
3. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities, including restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
4. Assist in set up and breakdown of events and functions held at the club.
5. Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
6. Collaborate with other staff members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
7. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe environment for members, guests, and staff.
8. Perform landscaping and groundskeeping duties as needed.
9. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
10. Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or Club Management.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a similar setting such as a country club, hotel, or resort.
3. Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00/hour.
