If you want to join an industry-leading company that focuses on your professional growth and development, we’d love to hear from you! The Quality Analyst supports the operation of the Quality Department and will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining and improving quality standards. What You'll Do: Change of Process: Monitor and follow up on changes to manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.Gauge Management: Oversee the management of gauges and other measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability in product measurements.Calibrations: Coordinate calibrations of equipment and instruments to maintain accuracy and reliability in measurement processes.Document Control: Maintain and manage documentation related to quality control procedures, standards, and certifications.Product Sampling: Develop and implement sampling plans for products to ensure adherence to quality specifications.Supplier Performance: Evaluate and rate supplier performance based on quality metrics and standards.Corrective Action: Identify, investigate, and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.Auditing: Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.Customer Returns: Investigate and address customer returns or complaints related to product quality, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Production Part Approval Process (PPAP): Aid in the PPAP process. Why You'll Love Working for Us: Comprehensive Benefit Package including Medical, Dental, Vision coverages.Insurance: Life, Supplemental Life, Short and Long-Term Disability.401(K) MatchPaid Vacation and HolidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)PPE allowances What We Need from You: High school degree or GED is required; post-secondary education in related discipline is preferred.Must have three (3) years of work experience in a related field with a working knowledge of source inspection methods on various parts.Statistical reporting experience is helpful.Math, computer, and communication skills are necessary. Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.Proficient in precision hand tools and instruments such as calipers, depth micrometers, height gauges, and CMM.
