Who are you? You are an Organized self-starter who enjoys fixing and maintaining properties. Greco Properties is seeking a jack-of-all-trades Maintenance Technician / Captain of Curb Appeal at multiple of our luxury residential apartment buildings across our portfolio.

Summary

Execution and support of essential daily grounds and maintenance upkeep, preventative maintenance, and monthly turnover for Class A, luxury apartments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience required
• Organized self-starter and motivated, with strong work ethic, excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Pool License
• Extended hours for turnover work may be necessary
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to drive frequently between properties
