Our manufacturing facilities are located in Elk Grove Village and Glendale Heights, IL We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator. As our Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the annual marketing plan to achieve corporate objectives including topline and bottom-line growth. What you will be doing…Manage projects to deliver objectives on time and on budget.Create and manage timelines for key projects.Coordinate trade shows, events, and photo shoots with a cross-functional team. Receive, ship, and track trade show materials and product samples.Assist with marketing budget process and track invoices paid.Oversee Point-of-Sale/Point-of-Purchase inventory to ensure their availability.Update and maintain the digital asset library and sales portal (working with our 3rd party print/fulfillment partner).Support the maintenance and development of NEW sales tools and tactics.Help the brokers/sales teams with leveraging available marketing programs.Foster agency relations to shepherd the development and implementation of communication plans. (EI: Advertising, Social, Digital, Events and Point-of-Purchase materials)Coordinate website, social media and E-commerce activities.Bring new ideas and perspectives to marketing leadership.Identify new ways to engage with sales and customers through CRM, social media, etc.Develop relationship with key stakeholders within Sales and Product Commercialization teams to work cross functionally on core projects & strategic initiatives.
