GreatWater 360 Auto Care is looking for a solid Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer with a great attitude who takes pride in their work to deliver exceptional customer service to both our existing and our growing customers who is seeking to advance and grow. In this role you would be supporting multiple shops within the district and report out of our full-service auto-repair shop, Perry Auto, located at 13701 McKinley Hwy, Ste 1, Mishawaka, IN 46545. All of our shops are part of a larger network of shops supported by GreatWater 360 Auto Care. This partnership gives shops like Perry Auto a leg up on the competition by providing access to programs, resources, technology, training, and teammate benefits that a typical local shop could not match. All while fostering the local shop culture.

Requirements

• Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty, transparency, and outstanding work.
• MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years’ Service Writer/Advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Advisor responsibilities.
• Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.
• Strong customer service skills.
• MUST HAVE 1 or more years’ experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.
• Willing to travel to multiple shops within the district. (Travel is reimbursed.)

Salary Description:

$17 - $24.50 per hour plus the districts average monthly earned incentives
