A full-service auto-repair shop serving the local and surrounding Austin communities, is looking for a solid Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer with a great attitude who takes pride in their work to deliver exceptional customer service to both our existing and our growing customers who is seeking to advance and grow. In a "Bench" role you would be supporting multiple shops within the district and report out of our full-service auto-repair shop in South Austin. This role is created so we can get in front of our projected growth, and have someone trained and ready to transition into their own shop within a few month. So if you are experienced in automotive service writing, and have a great attitude, who is the keeper of values, the maintainer of standards, and the leader whom everyone in the shop follows, this opportunity is for you.

Requirements

• Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty, transparency, and outstanding work.
• MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years’ Service Writer/Advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Advisor responsibilities.
• Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.
• Strong customer service skills.
• MUST HAVE 1 or more years’ experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.
• Willing to travel to multiple shops within the district. (Travel is reimbursed.)
