WORTHINGTON PRO-SHOP ATTENDANT JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Concept: The Pro Shop Attendant assists in the management of day-to-day golf operations of the facility. The position is responsible for basic golf shop duties and will help in managing Cart Attendants and Player Assistants. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of customer service and total satisfaction of all customers.

Supervised By: Head Golf Professional, Assistant Golf Professional

Compensation and benefits:

• Hourly wage: $10 - $13 per hour depending on experience

Specific Responsibilities - include but are not limited to:

• Assist with golfer check-in and fee collection; control and manage play
• Assist with all opening and closing procedures
• Assist with men’s, women’s, and junior golf events and programs
• Assist with the GHIN Handicap system; activating members and posting scores
• Assist with management of outside service staff to ensure the highest quality of customer service is achieved
• Assist in managing golf car operation, practice facility, and club storage service (as applicable)
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times
• Assist will facility quality maintenance and cleanliness
