We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team and provide home health care services to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care and will be able to assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and monitor patient progress. The successful candidate will also be able to work independently and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the home setting.
• Assess patient's health status and develop a plan of care to meet their needs.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Monitor patient's progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, and concerns.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
